We are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to join our team as a Service Desk Engineer. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our employees worldwide.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively over calls and Live Chat. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a fast-paced work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to employees via phone, email, and Live Chat.
- Logging, progressing and providing updates on tickets for incidents and service requests.
