EMEA Consumer Laptop Business Development Lead

NVIDIA is seeking a driven and experienced EMEA Regional Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our consumer laptop business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

This role will be based in either Reading, UK or Munich, Germany with a flexible blend of office-based and remote work arrangements. Other European locations may also be considered.

Your Mission:

As the EMEA Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for NVIDIA's consumer laptop business. You will collaborate closely with OEM partners, key channel partners, and alliance partners to achieve ambitious targets and solidify NVIDIA's position as a leading provider of high-performance computing solutions for laptops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Collaborate with top leadership across the company to design and implement comprehensive growth strategies for key OEM partners within EMEA, focusing on our consumer laptop business.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with leading retail partners alongside regional teams. Define mutual performance objectives, targets, and ensure strategic alignment between NVIDIA and its partners.
  • Lead Sales Execution: Partner with regional sales teams across EMEA to drive successful sales execution. Identify, develop, and cultivate key customer relationships and lighthouse accounts within the consumer laptop market.
  • Channel Enablement: Engage, empower, and motivate channel sales teams to effectively promote and sell NVIDIA's consumer laptop solutions.
  • Conflict Resolution & Business Support: Provide support in addressing critical sales issues, partner/channel conflicts, and other business challenges that may arise.
  • Growth Strategy & Forecasting: Drive and track both short-term and long-term growth strategies for the consumer laptop business. Contribute to forecasting and product planning efforts based on sell-in and sell-through data from OEM partners.
  • Training & Events: Conduct training sessions, present at industry events, and engage with key partners throughout EMEA to promote NVIDIA's consumer laptop solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 15+ years of proven sales or business development experience within the consumer electronics industry, preferably with a focus on laptops.
  • Deep understanding of OEM collaboration strategies and best practices.
  • Strong existing relationships with executives at leading OEMs, retailers, and e-tailers across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated success in sell-to and sell-through models within the consumer laptop market.
  • Extensive knowledge of EMEA client contact bases, consumer expertise, and sales/buying practices.
  • Proven track record of building positive partnerships with large channel partners.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and closing complex deal negotiations and strategic alliances.
