NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our consumer laptop business in EMEA. As a key member of our cross-functional leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing NVIDIA's leadership in the consumer laptop segment, building and executing a plan for revenue and pipeline growth, and collaborating closely with senior business development, product, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for key OEMs in EMEA, aligning with company objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with top leadership to implement the strategy, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with key retail partners, outlining mutual performance objectives, targets, and strategy alignment.
  • Lead sales execution in partnership with regional sales teams, discovering, developing, and nurturing key customer relationships and light house accounts.
  • Engage, enable, and energize channel sales teams, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Support sales critical issues, partner/channel conflicts, and related business issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Drive and track short-term and long-term growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
  • Support forecasting and product planning for OEM sell-in and sell-through, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely product launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university or relevant experience.
  • 15+ years of sales or business development experience in consumer, preferably within the laptops business.
  • Deep understanding of collaborating with OEMs, with strong relationships with executives at OEMs, retailers, and e-tailers throughout EMEA.
  • Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through in consumer laptops, with a strong EMEA client contact base and deep consumer expertise.
  • Shown success in building positive partnerships with large channel partners, with a consistent track record of sales execution and overachievement.
  • Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances, with the ability to travel when needed worldwide.
