We Are Footprint seeks an experienced Social Housing Project Manager to oversee our social housing projects. This role calls for exceptional quantity surveying skills and a thorough understanding of the social housing industry.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for social housing projects.
- Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage variations and claims efficiently.
- Prepare and submit accurate interim and final accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and mitigate potential issues.
- E nsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Excel, CostX, Asite).
The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000.
