Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in social housing projects.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
