Supportive SEN Education Coordinator

We are seeking a supportive and experienced SEN Education Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our inclusive learning programs, you will play a vital role in coordinating the educational and personal growth of our SEN students.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students and have the ability to implement individualized education plans to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress.
  • Support students with special needs to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students.
