Regional Business Expansion Specialist

Ritz Recruitment Limited is seeking a Regional Business Expansion Specialist to join its sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in the region.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing existing accounts, and planning and prioritizing sales activities to achieve agreed business aims.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £38,000 - £40,000 basic + commission + company car, with an estimated OTE of £54,350 at 100% of target and £70,350 at 110% of target. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a company car and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in the region * Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship building * Achieve sales targets and manage and develop existing accounts * Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business aims, including costs and sales * Provide technical sales advice and support to customers and the sales team
