We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Uxbridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
About the Role:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the current client base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Proven experience as a Business Growth Specialist or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive base salary of $65,000, plus commissions and bonuses.
