Job Overview
Established business seeks an experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive sales expansion and revenue growth. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
• Proactively manage and develop existing accounts to increase sales revenue and margin
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and trade events
• Plan and prioritise sales activities to maximise productivity and achieve business aims
• Provide technical sales advice and support to customers and the sales team

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus commission and a company car. OTE (On Target Earnings) is up to 110% of target, reaching £70,350 per annum.
