Junior Business Growth Manager

Tussell Limited is seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our sales team as a Junior Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.

You will work closely with your team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients. Our comprehensive in-house training programme will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role, including classroom-style learning and on-the-job training with experienced sales mentors.

We offer a competitive package that includes a starting salary of £33,000 + location allowance, quarterly bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus year 1 = £5,000), company car for business and personal use, and other excellent benefits such as advanced company pension with Aviva, life & critical illness cover, employee assistance programme, private healthcare, and full expensed business travel and accommodation.
