Job Description: We are seeking a Union Development Officer to join our team in the London Regional Office.
">About the Role: This is a full-time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing national organising strategies and ensuring employers meet their statutory obligations.
">Salary: £59,326 per annum, plus £1,392 luncheon allowance (pro-rata for part-time)

Requirements:
">You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and external partners. You should also have experience of working in a trade union or similar environment, with knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
