Director of Business Development and Growth

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to join our team as the Director of Commercial and Union Operations. This role requires someone who is passionate about providing excellent services, delivering outstanding customer care, and achieving results.
You will be responsible for the strategic direction and effective operational management of commercial services and facilities, working closely with the Senior Leadership team. You will also have the opportunity to develop our commercial services and facilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days of holidays per year, increased to 30 days after 5 years, enrollment in the pension scheme, free LSE Students' Union gym membership, and more.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership team, contributing to the development of commercial services and facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our commercial services and facilities meet the highest standards.
