About You

  • You are an experienced Tenders Manager with a proven track record of writing high-quality tender responses and managing successful bid campaigns.
  • You have excellent research and interviewing skills, with the ability to gather relevant evidence and identify insights that support winning bids.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyse complex information and make informed decisions.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector, with knowledge of current trends and developments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Researching, gathering evidence, developing, and writing/editing persuasive and compelling content in response to commissioner/buyer tender requirements and specifications.
  • Working with the Tenders Director to review drafted tender responses to ensure compliance with commissioner requirements, including final editing before submission.
  • Ensuring tender responses and supporting presentations effectively secure block contracts, preferred provider contracts, direct commissioner approaches, and framework opportunities.
  • Leading and managing tender response projects to submission and contract signing, with handover to the contracts team and Operations.
  • Supporting the identification of contract opportunities, including analysis/triaging to determine a bid/no-bid decision with the Tenders Director.
