We are seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Relief Teacher to join our team as a Secondary School Cover Staff member in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to ensure student engagement and understanding.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to the classroom teacher.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children under 16 years old.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students and staff.
- A strong passion for supporting the development of young people.
- Level 3 of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (desired).
- Effective classroom management skills.
