We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Specialist Education Needs Teacher to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd in the West Midlands. As a Specialist Education Needs Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students with SEND.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students. You will work closely with our dedicated team to design and deliver bespoke education and support packages that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess and address the educational needs of students with SEND through targeted interventions and programmes.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school strategies that promote inclusivity and accessibility.
  • To engage with parents and carers to share knowledge and best practices in supporting students with SEND.

Our attractive salary range is £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
