Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Resident Experience Professional to join our team in West London. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the luxurious BTR development, and fostering a sense of community among residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead resident relations, guaranteeing their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Lead viewings and tours, highlighting the development's unique features.
  • Regularly inspect communal areas and conduct pre-let checks.
  • Effectively manage parcel collection and storage, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on building security and resident administration.
  • Plan and host events to promote resident interaction.
  • Monitor and report Health and Safety concerns.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including generating reports.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles; hospitality/property/customer service background preferred.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety protocols and ability to enforce them.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • An adaptable approach, with emphasis on teamwork and effective communication.
  • A proactive attitude, willing to exceed expectations with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including English and numeracy.
  • Event planning experience desirable.
Compensation: £25,500 - £29,200 per year (dependent on experience)
