Resident Experience Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Resident Experience Professional to join our team in West London. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the luxurious BTR development, and fostering a sense of community among residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead resident relations, guaranteeing their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
- Lead viewings and tours, highlighting the development's unique features.
- Regularly inspect communal areas and conduct pre-let checks.
- Effectively manage parcel collection and storage, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues on building security and resident administration.
- Plan and host events to promote resident interaction.
- Monitor and report Health and Safety concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks, including generating reports.
- Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles; hospitality/property/customer service background preferred.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety protocols and ability to enforce them.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- An adaptable approach, with emphasis on teamwork and effective communication.
- A proactive attitude, willing to exceed expectations with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including English and numeracy.
- Event planning experience desirable.
