About the Role

We are seeking a Special Educational Needs Learning Mentor to join our team at Teaching Personnel, working with learners in a specialist provision unit.

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs to help them succeed academically.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • A strong understanding of SEN and the ability to provide tailored support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with SEN, using their knowledge and skills to enhance the learning experience. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per year, based on a 40 hour work week and 52 weeks per year.

This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position that requires a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
