Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aspire People as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, supporting students with special educational needs in a safe and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with SEN, implementing tailored education plans and collaborating with teachers and external professionals to promote inclusivity and access to quality education.

  • Support the learning and development of students with SEN in group and one-on-one settings.
  • Implement individualized education plans under the guidance of the SENCO.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor progress.
About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant with experience working with children who have special educational needs.

  • Experience working with students who have SEN.
  • A proactive approach to supporting learning and development.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN.

Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
