About the Job

As a Business Development Consultant for CoStar Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the New Homes sector.

You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with senior executives to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of sales success in similar environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior executives to understand customer needs and develop solutions
  • Manage relationships with Head office or Regional offices
  • Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients
  • Work with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
