About the Role

CoStar Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Business Development Growth Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves driving business growth through sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business growth strategies and implement plans to meet targets.
  • Understand the New Homes OTM suite of products and their benefits to customers.
  • Identify new sales leads and engage with potential clients.
  • Meet with new and existing clients to build relationships.
  • Manage relationships with Head office or Regional offices.
  • Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of sales success in online marketplaces, portals, or similar B2B environments.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain and grow clients over medium and long-term periods.
  • Previous experience in managing Head Office or Regional Office accounts is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and objection handling skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to metrics.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
