As a Sales and Business Growth Manager at The Portfolio Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive looking to leverage their expertise in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

With a minimum salary of £60,000 and an OTE of £110,000, top performers can earn over £150,000, with a car allowance up to £5,000 or a company car (currently featuring Tesla and other innovative electric/hybrid vehicles).

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities. They will also attend and close sales meetings independently, build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners, and achieve quarterly sales targets.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience, proficient in value-based/consultative selling, and capable of engaging with diverse audiences. Previous field-based experience and a proven track record in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings are essential.
