About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Safran Helicopter Engines. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of helicopter engine components to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistency in our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of quality metrics and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO, CAA, BSI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
