About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at Safran Helicopter Engines. As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining GOLDesp data for Safran Helicopter Engines and MoD products within our UK Maintenance Centre Military RTM322 workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform GOLDesp data management, creating and updating data, and carrying out quality checks of all assets created/updated.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to standards defined by Safran Helicopter Engines and MoD manuals, technical instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform GOLDesp creation/updates on all RTM322 assets repaired at Safran Helicopter Engines.
  • Work to standards defined in Safran and MoD manuals, technical instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure products and services meet the requirements of the airworthiness and maintenance authorities.
  • Carry out QA checks of all assets created/updated in GOLDesp, ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times.
  • Work to Safran TATs to achieve an efficient, cost-effective, and quality-oriented output.
  • Convert asset data from GOLDesp/log cards as required.
  • Carry out QA checks of all assets.
  • Carry out investigations into RTM322 asset life anomalies using available data resources.
  • Look for continual opportunities to develop and improve the incoming GOLDesp data system, with regards to processes and systems of work, and take responsibility for implementing.

  • Ideal: GOLDesp to custodian level.
  • Minimum: Recent GOLDesp experience to supervisor level.
