About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at AllPoints Fibre. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional sales support, reporting, and administration for our ever-growing Sales function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Sales reporting requirements
  • Ongoing delivery of Sales commissions process for Internal Sales team and Partner programme incentives
  • Own the Inputs and data quality of our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
  • Purchase order and Customer quote management
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new customers
  • Analysing data sets using Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI
Requirements
  • Strong skill set in reporting and comfortable with analysing and interpreting large data sets in a logical way
  • Experience in Salesforce, Jira, and Power BI would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across functions both internally and externally
  • Time management, ability to work effectively under pressure, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills
