What will your role entail?
You will be responsible for ensuring that products align with customer specifications, quality benchmarks, and airworthiness regulations. Components are evaluated according to technical drawings, documentation, and established standards using various inspection techniques and tools throughout the manufacturing process.
1. Adhere to HSE regulations, company operating systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Exemplify the company’s core values and behaviors.
3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and routings.
4. Conduct containment and security measures for parts during processing or storage as necessary.
5. Provide assistance as needed when demand requires, as directed by the Team Leader within your competency.
6. Proficiently set up, operate, and program CMM inspection software and equipment.
7. Demonstrate experience with a variety of manual inspection methods and tools.
8. Contribute to achieving and maintaining business objectives and fostering continuous improvement within the department.
9. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization as mandated by SAFRAN.
10. Utilize SHE UK's SAP system for tracking routings, data entry, and generating final release documentation to ensure product compliance.
11. Input, record, and analyze data in various formats, including FAI requirements, self-inspection, databases, SAP, and Microsoft suite.
12. Comply with SQCDPI quality standards and pursue improvements.
13. Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required to support business needs and departmental objectives.
14. Work a 40-hour week from Monday to Thursday, enjoying three consecutive days off.
15. Receive a 20% premium for night shift work.

Qualifications
What do we require?
- Familiarity with company procedures and processes within an organization accredited to ISO, CAA, BSI, or equivalent standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Candidates will be evaluated during the interview process to ensure they meet the required standards and experience levels.
- Completion of an apprenticeship in the manufacturing sector, preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, or a related industry.
