Job Summary
Safran Helicopter Engines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Military Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of engines and spares to support the UK Military's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and track progress of on-site engine repairs throughout the Maintenance Centre process, acting as liaison for technicians.
- Administer and track progress of inter-site equipment repairs throughout the Repair Centre process, liaising with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and any changes communicated promptly.
- Coordinate logistics requirements with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery for both customer and internal requirements.
- Meet the commitments for delivery of products and services, ensuring adherence to the contract, internal strategy, and commercial policy.
- Support the Customer Support Manager in identification of additional sales opportunities and the preparation of quotations for additional contract services and equipment repairs.
- Participate in the Quality Management processes, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions and process improvements.
Requirements
- English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
- Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
- Self-organized and able to manage multiple ongoing queries/actions/enquiries
- Communication and people skills
- MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel
- Customer relations
- SAP Knowledge desired
- Aerospace industry experience desired
