Job Summary

Safran Helicopter Engines is seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Support Representative to join our team in Fareham, UK. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of engines and spares to support the UK Military's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and track progress of on-site engine repairs throughout the Maintenance Centre process, acting as liaison for technicians.
  • Administer and track progress of inter-site equipment repairs throughout the Repair Centre process, liaising with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and any changes communicated promptly.
  • Coordinate logistics requirements with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery for both customer and internal requirements.
  • Meet the commitments for delivery of products and services, ensuring adherence to the contract, internal strategy, and commercial policy.
  • Support the Customer Support Manager in identification of additional sales opportunities and the preparation of quotations for additional contract services and equipment repairs.
  • Participate in the Quality Management processes, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions and process improvements.

Requirements

  • English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
  • Self-organised and able to manage multiple ongoing queries/actions/enquiries
  • Communication and people skills
  • MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Customer relations
  • SAP Knowledge desired
