Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, your focus is on candidate engagement, management, and personal development in the space. We're looking for someone keen to get stuck in, with a competitive spirit and a desire to win as a team


The day to day:

Typically, you'll work closely with the Recruitment Lead to understand client briefs and identify candidates that align. Using LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM, you'll speak to candidates to understand their drivers, wants, and needs, as well as their professional capability for the role.


Building relationships is key, and as you do so, you'll further build your market knowledge, adding to our credibility in the space You'll be fully supported with onboarding, training, and finding your feet, and as soon as possible, you'll be supporting the wider team with candidate engagement and client engagement.


About you:

  • A good attitude and desire to win is what we really want
  • Experience in recruitment or within a client-facing role (B2B sales, Account Management, Client Relationships, etc.) would be desirable.
  • High-energy, keen to get stuck in, and to learn
  • A real people person Connecting with candidates and clients is just like chatting to a friend
