Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with SaaS companies, building long-term relationships to drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay ahead of SaaS recruitment trends, including compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics.
  • Leverage social media and your network to identify potential clients and candidates, and engage with industry professionals.
  • Confidently engage new clients and candidates through phone and email outreach, not afraid to pick up the phone for cold calling or prospecting.
Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in business development/account management and a proven ability to win new business.
  • A strong network within the SaaS, Sales, and GTM landscape is a big plus.
  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other social media channels for talent sourcing.
