Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be responsible for candidate engagement, management, and personal development in the space.
You'll work closely with our Recruitment Lead to understand client briefs and identify candidates that align.
Using LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM, you'll speak to candidates to understand their drivers, wants, and needs, as well as their professional capability for the role.
Building relationships is key, and as you do so, you'll further build your market knowledge, adding to our credibility in the space.
You'll be fully supported with onboarding, training, and finding your feet.
About You:
- A good attitude and desire to win is what we really want.
- Experience in recruitment or within a client-facing role (B2B sales, Account Management, Client Relationships, etc.) would be desirable.
- High-energy, keen to get stuck in, and to learn.
- A real people person, connecting with candidates and clients is just like chatting to a friend.
