Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with SaaS companies, building long-term relationships to drive new business. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with SaaS companies to build long-term relationships
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement
  • Stay ahead of SaaS recruitment trends, including compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics
  • Leverage social media and your network to identify potential clients and candidates
  • Confidently engage new clients and candidates through phone and email outreach

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector
  • Demonstrated success in business development/account management and a proven ability to win new business
  • A strong network within the SaaS, Sales, and GTM landscape is a big plus
  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other social media channels for talent sourcing
