Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for candidate engagement, management, and personal development in the Customer Success space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Recruitment Lead to understand client briefs and identify top candidates.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM to source and engage with candidates.
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
