Safran Helicopter Engines is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As the friendly face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding contractual deliverables
• Administer Support by the Hour contracts, engine repairs, and spares orders
• Liaise frequently with customers by phone and email
• Sales administration, including quotations, invoicing, and monitoring delivery performance
• Record customer complaints and warranties in the appropriate systems
• Manage warranty returns and report customer contacts in the CRM system
Requirements
• English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
• Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
• Self-organised and able to manage multiple ongoing queries/actions/enquiries
• Communication and people skills
• MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel
• Customer relations
• SAP Knowledge desired
• Sales administration experience in a complex business-to-business environment
• Aerospace industry experience desired
