Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Associate

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Associate. This full-time position starts immediately and runs until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent role depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, addressing their individual needs and encouraging their academic progress.
  • SEN Assistance: Work closely with students who have special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, or emotional and behavioral difficulties, to ensure they are fully supported in accessing the curriculum.
  • Intervention Programs: Deliver targeted interventions to support students' learning, social skills, and emotional well-being.
  • Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, helping with lesson preparation and supporting students during lessons.
  • Emotional Well-being Support: Act as a mentor to students, promoting confidence, resilience, and positive self-esteem.
Requirements:
  • A degree in psychology or a closely related field is essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people, particularly those with diverse learning needs.
  • Adaptability and initiative are key qualities for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is £419.25 - £500 per week.
