Submarines Business Development Programme

We're seeking talented individuals to join our Submarines Business Development Programme as Nuclear Business Management Degree Apprentices. This programme offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects that support submarines in the Royal Navy, while studying for a BA in Business Management with the University of Derby.

You'll spend four years working alongside our expert teams, gaining hands-on experience in various areas, including finance, commercial, project management, procurement, and planning. You'll also develop practical knowledge and skills that will equip you for a business career.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet specific academic requirements and hold a Security Check clearance. We'll support your application if you don't already have this in place.

Estimated salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on location and experience
