Engineering Lead for Submarine Infrastructure

We are seeking an Engineering Lead for Submarine Infrastructure to join our team at Rolls-Royce plc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure design meets the requirements and maintains design intent throughout the project build lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage system interdependencies, leveraging your Systems Engineering expertise on major projects.
You will act as the key interface for the Design Authority and Business Information Modelling (BIM) departments, managing all Engineering artefacts in both directions. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure design and build, good communication and presentation skills, and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience. A Security Check clearance is required, and applicants must be UK nationals or dual nationals in MoD-approved cases.
