About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Submarines Financial Manager to join the finance functions team at Rolls-Royce Submarines. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for aligning policies and processes with the business operations, developing relations with external statutory auditors, and supporting the Improvement Journey to Process Excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a fully qualified accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred) and experience in running a finance team. They will also have knowledge of government accounting and SSCR regulations. The role comes with a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
