Scheduler/Planner (Customer Services & Call Centre Expertise)

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler/Planner to join our team at Command Centre Salford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring a prompt, professional, and efficient service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately record details of site delivery teams, engineering, and third-party suppliers, ensuring team leaders are aware of potential issues.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders on-site, understanding site requirements and specifications.
- Proactively manage work orders to completion, escalating any issues as necessary.
- Work within and to processes and procedures, raising and managing purchase orders.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming questions and requests, adhering to client service levels.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- A minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in a Command Centre and/or Call Centre environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel.
- Prior knowledge and skills in utilizing CMMS applications, Maximo, especially work planning and scheduling functionalities.
- A good understanding of reactive and planned maintenance works, enabling planning of works within SLAs/KPIs.
- Motivation to work within a team environment.

- Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute a diverse workload in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders (internal and external).

In return for your hard work, we offer a salary of £25,000, plus a bonus of up to 5% company performance-related.

Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, scheduled between Monday and Sunday, with shifts occurring between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
