About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication and provide emotional support
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, with a premium of £12.50 for weekend shifts
  • 30p mileage reimbursement
