Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and taking point on shift to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Delegating tasks fairly and effectively to ensure the well-being of our service users.
  • Providing training and support to new members of staff to ensure they feel confident and competent in their roles.
  • Participating in the on-call rota and responding to out-of-hours calls as required.
  • Ensuring that daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date.
  • Assisting with the support and ensuring the needs of our service users are always met.
  • Assisting with supervisions and appraisals to ensure staff are performing to the best of their abilities.
