Role Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and supervision to the care team, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the children's care, including social workers, therapists, and educators.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the specific needs of each child.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in our care.
- Undertake on-call duties as required to provide 24/7 support.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting ethical and responsible practice.
Skills Needed
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent qualification.
- A full UK Manual Driving Licence.
