The Role: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our care homes, contributing to the safety, comfort, and well-being of the children in our care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple care homes, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any urgent repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
About You:
You will be a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a proven track record in residential property maintenance. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or a related trade.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Relevant experience in residential property maintenance.
