Exceptional Care is a leading provider of children's care homes in the Northwest of England. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsible Individual to join our team.
The Responsible Individual will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of our services, ensuring that we meet our regulatory requirements and provide high-quality care to our children.
About the Role
Lead the management and delivery of our services, ensuring that we meet our regulatory requirements and provide high-quality care to our children.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our services.
Provide leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our children.
Work closely with our Operations Director to ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with our company's values and vision.
Ensure that our services are delivered in a way that is responsive to the needs of our children and their families.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
Requirements
NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
Experience of working in a children's care home setting
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
