Position Overview:

  • The ideal candidate will work alongside our management team and possess a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care.
  • This is a full-time position that necessitates prior experience in the sector.
  • We offer competitive pay and additional compensation for night shifts at £60.00 per night.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and leadership during shifts.
  • Effectively distribute tasks among team members.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff.
  • Participate in on-call duties and manage after-hours calls as needed.
  • Ensure timely documentation, safety inspections, and updated care plans.
  • Support and address the needs of children and young individuals.
