Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

About the Role:
  • Take on a leadership role on shift, setting a positive example and guiding your team.
  • Delegating tasks fairly and ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
  • Train and develop new staff members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond to out-of-hours calls when required.
  • Ensure that daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up-to-date.
  • Support the needs of our service users, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist with supervisions and appraisals, helping to develop and improve the skills of our team members.
