Job Title: Senior Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our team at Holistic Support Services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care staff in a residential setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and take point on shift, ensuring the smooth operation of the residential unit.
  • Delegating duties fairly amongst staff and providing training and support as needed.
  • Participating in on-call rota and taking out-of-hours calls when required.
  • Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date.
  • Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
  • Working in partnership with the Deputy Manager.
  • Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
