As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care. The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator with excellent communication skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in using clinical IT systems and have a clear, polite telephone manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to the multidisciplinary team
  • Greet and direct patients, manage appointments, and process information
  • Act as the central point of contact for patients, distributing information, messages, and enquiries for the clinical team
  • Liaise with external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Clear, polite telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow policy and procedure

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £12.14 per hour
  • A 30-hour per week contract, split across 5 days (Monday - Friday)
