Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our UK TIP Insight team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installs with TIP depots and install partners, as well as assisting with pricing and subcontracting of all installed units.
Manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to the management team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of Excel is also required, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
