Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual to join our dedicated team in Corsham as a Customer Service Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to develop existing customer contacts, find new customer leads, and win new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise directly with customers via telephone and email to provide exceptional service and support.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Focus on customer retention and new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Occasional travel with customer visits and exhibitions to build relationships and promote our products.
- Update and maintain accurate customer details to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
- Previous customer service/sales experience is essential to succeed in this role.
- Professional and engaging telephone manner is crucial for building strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail is required to manage multiple customer interactions.
- Confident liaising with people at all levels is necessary to communicate effectively.
- Able to provide a high level of service to customers is essential for success.
- Able to work on your own initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
