Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with customers via telephone and email to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Focus on customer retention and new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Participate in customer visits and exhibitions to build relationships and promote our products.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is essential.
- Professional and engaging telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Confident in liaising with people at all levels, from customers to senior management.
- Able to provide a high level of service and support to customers.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
